How TITA Dynamics Limited collects and uses the information you share through this website.

Who we are

This website is run by TITA Dynamics Limited ("TDL", "we", "us"), 12 Samora Machel Street, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria. We handle personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

We only collect the details you choose to give us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, organization, role and message. If you share SGF Quick Check results, we also receive those scores.
  • SGF book registration: your name, email address, and, if you add them, your phone number, organization, preferred format and number of copies.
  • Technical details: the internet (IP) address used to send a form, which helps us block spam and misuse.

The SGF Quick Check and the CURE scorecard run inside your own browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to share them through the contact form.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work with you.
  • To tell you when the SGF book is available, if you registered for that.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.

Who can see it

Only authorized TDL staff can see the messages sent through this website. Our website host and email provider store the information on our behalf, under agreements that require them to keep it secure.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable record of our dealings with you, usually no longer than three years. Book registrations are kept until the book is available and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these, call us on 0916 863 1330 or email info@titadynamicsltd.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of essential cookies that keep forms secure and remember that you are signed in to the admin area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the contact page is provided by Google and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
